Get Fit for a Miracle

The #1 cause of illness in children and young people is mental illness. Make a New Year’s resolution to help them and we will help you make fitness a habit for life.

Research shows that it takes on average 66 days to create a new habit. So this year make your New Year’s resolution a habit and take up our 66 day challenge.

You can help us fundraise for research into mental illness in young people in lots of ways. All you have to do is choose your activity (cycling, running, swimming, walking or a fitness session) and decide how many times a week you are going to do it. We then help you fundraise with your friends and family and they then give you the morale boost you need to keep going.
